Our Team

David Farthing combines his thirty-plus years of experience in thermal processes with a degree in General Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University as well as a degree in Business from the University of Central Oklahoma.  He is both a practitioner and academic in the field of boilers, burner management systems, and thermal process control systems. Member NFPA, GPSA.

Craig Carpenter began with Federal Services LLC in 2012 and is a technical service specialist. He is highly skilled in the integration and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems and has years of experience in instrumentation and controls, including process logic controls. He has completed the instrumentation and control program at Francis-Tuttle Technology Center and is pursuing an electrical engineering degree.

John Sanders has worked for Federal Services LLC since 2008. He has over ten years of experience as a control integration specialist, over fifteen years of electrical experience, and ten years experience in the boiler room. Additionally, he has seven years of experience in water and wastewater management where he has held a C water license. John is certified in Modbus RTU logic programming, and in SCADA HMI integration programming. He earned his BA degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Ben Rhoads serves as an outside sales representative who focuses on industrial customers out of our Tulsa office.  Ben joins Federal after 17 years of managing Industrial Instrumentation and Control, LLC, a Tulsa-based company which focused on calibration controls including temperature sensors, instrumentation, and thermal processing equipment. Before that, Ben worked for Honeywell for 10 years as a Senior Principal Service Specialist focusing on industrial automation and process controls. 

Paul Wemhaner began with Federal Services LLC in 2012. He has experience and training in industrial electronics, instrumentation and controls (including programmable logic controllers). He serves as a technical service specialist and is the lead drafter in our CAD department. He is certified in AutoCAD and also Instrumentation & Controls from Francis Tuttle Technology Center, as well as earned his Associate’s Degree in Applied Science from OCCC.  He is hoping to continue his education for Electrical Engineering.

Thomas Cain began his career with Federal in 2005 working in warehouse operations.  He brought his can-do attitude into Federal Services LLC and now serves in Operations and Logistics to keep projects on successful pathways.  Thomas is pursuing a business degree to continue to build his skills.

Kevin Molloy brings 7 years of Gas Processing Experience and the title of Automation Controls Specialist from a major midstream company.  He has completed ISA Electrical I and II and Instrumentation I and II.

Braden Brooks joined Federal Services LLC in 2017.  His technical skills are being demonstrated as he accepts more assignments assisting other technicians and learning a Honeywell BMS platform.  Braden is working toward his associate degree in industrial controls.
