Our Team

David Farthing combines his thirty-plus years of experience in thermal processes with a degree in General Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University as well as a degree in Business from the University of Central Oklahoma.  He is both a practitioner and academic in the field of boilers, burner management systems, and thermal process control systems. Member NFPA, GPSA.

Mike Davis combines his thirty-plus years of experience in industrial processes with a degree in Business and Economics from Oklahoma State University. He is a seasoned practitioner in the field of boilers, burner management systems, and thermal process control systems.

Craig Carpenter began with Federal Services LLC in 2012 and is a technical service specialist. He is highly skilled in the integration and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems and has years of experience in instrumentation and controls, including process logic controls. He has completed the instrumentation and control program at Francis-Tuttle Technology Center and is pursuing an electrical engineering degree.

John Sanders has worked for Federal Services LLC since 2008. He has over ten years of experience as a control integration specialist, over fifteen years of electrical experience, and ten years experience in the boiler room. Additionally, he has seven years of experience in water and wastewater management where he has held a C water license. John is certified in Modbus RTU logic programming, and in SCADA HMI integration programming. He earned his BA degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Paul Wemhaner began with Federal Services LLC in 2012. He has experience and training in industrial electronics, instrumentation and controls (including programmable logic controllers), and computer-aided drafting and design. He serves as a technical service specialist and prepares CAD drawings. He attended Francis Tuttle Technology Center’s program in Instrumentation and Controls.
